How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase Swertres tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.

Swertres Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the Swertres play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
What if I cannot think of any Swertres number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
