Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was renamed in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines since its introduction in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO Swertres Lotto:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer choose the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the system to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage cans.

Swertres Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In Swertres Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I get a refund for the Swertres ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the play card to the cashier.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet slip.
Are Swertres Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the Swertres ticket is wrong?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How much do I win if I match all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
