Swertres Lotto, currently called as 3D Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout games conducted by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts official 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly occurs during major national holidays.
PCSO likewise conducts draws for each of the five major games three times a week. How to Play Swertres Lotto
PCSO Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by Swertres players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play Swertres.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.

- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I get a refund for the Swertres ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is processed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
