How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the Swertres game:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your Swertres combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the Swertres result here after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any Swertres number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the Swertres number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Swertres bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet slip to the cashier.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
