How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your Swertres combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the Swertres result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How much is a Swertres ticket?
A bettor can buy the Swertres Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
