How to Play Swertres Lotto
Playing Swertres Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will compose your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, check the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Swertres ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are Swertres Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Swertres bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres number combination before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I play the same Swertres combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) Swertres draws.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
