Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was rebranded in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the hugely popular digit games in the Philippines since its creation in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts live 3D Swertres Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws usually occurs during major national holidays.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the five parimutuel games three times per week. How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old tickets.
Swertres Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
