Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was rebranded in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular digit games in the Philippines since its creation in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds live 3D Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are usually postponed.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Mark three (3) digits that will compose your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, see the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by Swertres bettors nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
Swertres Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest Swertres prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 1-4-3), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 3-3-5), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
