Swertres Lotto, now known as 3D Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed-prize lotteries offered by PCSO since its creation in 2002. How to Play Swertres Lotto
Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to know if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing Swertres Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires Swertres players to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Use your own pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
Swertres Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

Swertres FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about Swertres Lotto
How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 3-3-5), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
When does PCSO hold Swertres draws?
PCSO is conducting Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
Can I play the same Swertres combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) Swertres draws.
Where do I claim Swertres Lotto Prizes?
If you are one of the lucky winners of Swertres today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
