Swertres Lotto, currently called as 3D Lotto, is one of the most favorite digit games operated by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Official 3D Swertres Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Playing PCSO Swertres Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning combination.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by Swertres players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much does a Swertres ticket cost?
A bettor can purchase the Swertres ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the Swertres ticket is wrong?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their Swertres tickets.
Who are permitted to play Swertres Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
