Swertres Lotto (currently called as 3D Lotto) is one of the oldest digit games conducted by PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the public since its introduction in 2002. Swertres Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Choose a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer pick the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Pick the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional PCSO Protocols to be Followed when Playing Swertres Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
