Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was renamed in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the extremely popular digit lotteries in the Philippines since its inception in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds 3D Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are usually canceled.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
PCSO Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Select three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, view the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires Swertres players to observe the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when buying Swertres tickets.
- Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.

Swertres Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In Swertres Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How to win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How much is a Swertres ticket?
A player can buy the Swertres Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the bet card to the cashier.
What if I made a mistake in marking my Swertres numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
