Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was renamed in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the hugely popular fixed-prize lotteries in the Philippines since its launch in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The chances of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts 3D Swertres Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally postponed.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play Swertres.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and old lotto tickets into the trash can.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Swertres bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
What does LP in Swertres mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the Swertres number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
