How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Choose three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by Swertres players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place Swertres bets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.
Swertres Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are Swertres Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the maximum Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
