How to Play Swertres Lotto
Swertres is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the Swertres Lotto:
- Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your Swertres combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the Swertres result here after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.

In light of the on-going pandemic, Swertres bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.

How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO have Swertres draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.

Are Swertres Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
Swertres winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
