How to Play Swertres Lotto
Playing PCSO Swertres Lotto is easy. Here’s the complete instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal select the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
One Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Swertres ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.

In Standard or Straight play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the Swertres play card.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play card to the teller.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the Swertres ticket is wrong?
Swertres tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
Are Swertres Lotto winnings taxable?
Swertres winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
