Swertres Lotto, currently branded as 3D Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed-prize games conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2002. How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to see if you won the prize.
One Swertres number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing Swertres Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be observed by Swertres bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play Swertres.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

Swertres FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about Swertres Lotto
How can I win prizes in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO have Swertres draws during holidays?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
Do I win anything if I get all the Swertres winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
When are Swertres draws held?
PCSO conducts Swertres Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
What if I made a mistake in marking my Swertres numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
