How to Play Swertres Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO Swertres game:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing Swertres Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires Swertres Lotto bettors to follow the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

Swertres is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout structure for Swertres Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Who are allowed to play Swertres Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Swertres Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I void an entry in the Swertres play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres number combination that has been processed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
