Since its inception in June 2002, Swertres Lotto (3D Lotto) has become one of the most extensively played fixed-prize lotteries in the Philippines. PCSO has set the prizes of Swertres Lotto to PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws normally takes place during major holidays.

How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play PCSO Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres bet slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer generate the Swertres number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the Swertres result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each Swertres number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Swertres ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing Swertres Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented in all outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing Swertres bets.
- Use your own pen to lessen the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.
Swertres Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I cannot think of any Swertres number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the Swertres number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.

Is 3D Lotto the same as Swertres Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
How much do I win in Swertres Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
