How to Play Swertres Lotto
To play PCSO Swertres Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your Swertres combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the Swertres result to verify if you won the prize.
One Swertres combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Swertres ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Swertres ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

How many Swertres draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) Swertres draws.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a Swertres ticket once it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Swertres ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the cashier.

To claim Swertres Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
