Aside from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts live EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly happens during major public holidays.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the major games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing PCSO 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
- Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.
One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
