2D RESULT April 23, 2021 – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has announced today the official 2D Lotto results at 2 PM, 5 PM and 9 PM.

2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was created in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular digit games accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Choose a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer generate the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
  4. Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
  6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
  7. View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.

Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Please remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

New Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used bet card and old lotto tickets into the garbage can.

2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the price of a 2D Lotto ticket?

A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.

What is the new name of EZ2 Lotto?

PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Hence, this site still uses ‘EZ2’ in some of its articles when referring to 2D Lotto.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
