2D RESULT April 24, 2021 – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) releases today the verified 2D Lotto results at 2 PM, 5 PM and 9 PM.
2D Lotto (also called EZ2 Lotto) is one of the first fixed payout games operated by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the public since its introduction in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
Aside from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Grand Lotto 6/55.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Mark two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Important Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor wins PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible combination of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto play card.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the lucky winners of 2D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
