In addition to 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was launched in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular digit games in the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Suspension of draws normally takes place during major holidays.
PCSO also holds draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Pick a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if you got the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the bet slip to the cashier.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
