Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also operates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.
2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2004. 2D Lotto is also called EZ2 Lotto.

How to Play 2D Lotto
PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash bins.

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 25-30 and 30-25). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.
