How to Play 2D Lotto

To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:

  1. Mark two (2) numbers that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
  4. Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
  7. After the draw, check the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out at all lotto outlets nationwide.
  2. Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
  3. Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to decrease physical contact.
  5. Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
  6. Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO regularly cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

What are my chances of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?

In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.

How do I win in Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 12-25 and 25-12). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto playing card.

How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
