How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:

  1. Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically choose the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
  6. Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
  7. Access the 2D result after the live draw to see if you won a prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Important Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to play 2D Lotto.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  3. Bring your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage cans.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 2D Lotto:

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the teller.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
