How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

  1. Pick a combination of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto bet slip.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal pick the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
  4. Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
  6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
  7. Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.

One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Important PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
  5. Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
  6. Throw away your used playing card and old lotto tickets into the trash can.

2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 2D Lotto:

In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.

In Rambolito play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 if he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
