How to Play 2D Lotto

PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:

  1. Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to automatically choose the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
  7. View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.

One 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play 2D Lotto.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
  3. Use your own ball pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to lessen contact.
  6. Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Betting via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
