How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically select the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
  4. Select the play amount in the AMT column.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
  7. After the draw, view the 2D result to know if you won the prize.

One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 2D Lotto bettors in the country.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
  6. Put away your used bet slip and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How much does a 2D Lotto ticket cost?

A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?

2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to examine their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

Where do I claim 2D Lotto Prizes?

If you are one of the winners of 2D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
