How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D ticket.
- Access the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your chosen numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet slip.
When are 2D Lotto draws held?
PCSO airs 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
