2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries operated by PCSO since its launching in 2004. 2D Lotto is formerly called EZ2 Lotto.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Mark two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to know if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Regulations to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 2D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or old tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 2D Lotto
How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Where to check the latest 2D Result for today?
Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How much is a 2D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play card to the cashier.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
