How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to automatically choose the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed 2D ticket.
  7. View the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you won a prize.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.

New Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or non-winning tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much does a 2D Lotto ticket cost?

A player can purchase the 2D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Do I win anything if I get all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

PCSO airs 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play card to the teller.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
