2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. How to Play 2D Lotto
Playing 2D Lotto is easy. Here’s the step-by-step instruction for playing this popular digit game:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed 2D ticket.
- Check the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.
Important Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the cashier.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
