Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.
2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2004. 2D Lotto is previously called as EZ2 Lotto.
EZ2 2D Lotto draws take place every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are canceled by PCSO. During these instances, PCSO makes a prior public announcement.

How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Just like 3D Lotto, 2D Lotto has three (3) draws each day. The first draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
Important Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 2D Lotto players in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be observed in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to put away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 2D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the new name of EZ2 Lotto?
PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
When are 2D Lotto draws held?
PCSO airs 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the bet card to the cashier.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
