Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also conducts today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Super Lotto 6/49.

2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of getting these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games operated by PCSO since its launching in 2004. 2D Lotto is also called EZ2 Lotto.

How to Play 2D Lotto

2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:

  1. Select your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
  7. Access the 2D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

New PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Use your own pen when placing bets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
  5. Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
  6. Throw away your used bet slip and non-winning tickets into the garbage can.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the player wins PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?

In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

PCSO is conducting 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?

2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest 2D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
