2D RESULT July 13, 2021 – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is releasing the results of 2D Lotto draws at 2pm, 5pm and 9pm today.

Apart from 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, Super Lotto 6/49, and Ultra Lotto 6/58.

2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 2D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries operated by PCSO since its creation in 2004. 2D Lotto is formerly called EZ2 Lotto.

PCSO conducts official EZ2 2D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly suspended.

How to Play 2D Lotto

To play 2D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:

1. Choose two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
2. If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically select the numbers for you.
3. Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
4. Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
6. Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
7. After the draw, view the 2D result to see if you won the prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to observe the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.

1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to buy 2D Lotto tickets.
2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
3. Use your own pen.
4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
5. Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
6. Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you played the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Are 2D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?

2D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you chose.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

How do I play Rambolito?

Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.

With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 11-06 and 06-11). If the 2D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.

To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet card.

How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

Latest Updates and Press Statements from PCSO

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
