Along with 2D Lotto (EZ2), PCSO also facilitates today the draws for 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.
Introduced in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally suspended.

How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Select two (2) digits that will compose your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 2D result to verify if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all lotto outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to decrease the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, getting the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO have 2D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 2D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 2D Lotto?
In 2D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 961 while the odds of winning in 2D Lotto Rambolito Play is 1 in 465.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the play slip to the cashier.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
