2D Lotto, also called EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries offered by PCSO since its creation in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

How to Play 2D Lotto
2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Mark two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to play 2D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Standard/Straight and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Players are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
