Frequently Asked Questions about 2D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 2D Lotto

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What is the schedule of PCSO 2D Lotto draws?

Are 2D Lotto and EZ2 Lotto the same?

PCSO already renamed its EZ2 Lotto game to 2D Lotto. However, a lot of players still call it ‘EZ2’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘EZ2’ in some of our updates when referring to 2D Lotto.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
