2D Lotto is a game of two numbers from One (1) to Thirty-One (31). It was created in July 2004 as “EZ2 Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines. There are two plays in 2D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,000 and the Rambolito Play which has a prize of PhP 2,000. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.

PCSO holds live EZ2 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are normally postponed.

How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
  4. Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. Check the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.

One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.

In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.

Additional Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.

  1. Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
  2. Observe physical distancing when placing 2D Lotto bets.
  3. Bring your own pen to decrease the risk of getting infected with the virus.
  4. Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
  5. Use sanitizers or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
  6. Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the play card to the teller.

What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
