How to Play 2D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 2D Lotto:
- Select two (2) numbers that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is printed.
- After the draw, access the 2D result to see if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to abide by the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning tickets into the trash bin.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.
Playing via the Rambolito wins you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 2D winning numbers in the same order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 2D Lotto ticket?
2D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.
Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
