How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the detailed steps when playing the 2D Lotto:

  1. Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These numbers will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you picked.
  4. Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
  6. Hand over your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. See the 2D result after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim lotto prizes.

How to Play: Using the 2D Lotto playslip, select a set of two (2) numbers from a field of 1 to 31. You can also play the Lucky Pick (LP) if you do not have any number in mind. After marking your chosen numbers, mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Play amount varies from PhP12.00 to PhP600.00 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Use your own pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
  6. Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

2D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you match the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.

If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Who are allowed to play 2D Lotto?

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the playing card to the teller.

How do I claim my 2D Lotto Prize?

If you won in any of the 2D Lotto draws today, remember these useful tips when claiming your prize.

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.

January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.

July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
