2D Lotto (previously called as EZ2 Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout games facilitated by PCSO. It has been exceptionally popular among the betting public since its inception in 2004. 2D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,000 for Straight Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.

PCSO conducts official EZ2 2D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws normally happens during major public holidays.

PCSO also holds draws for each of the five multi-million peso lotto games three times per week. How to Play 2D Lotto

Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:

  1. Pick two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
  2. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly pick the number combination for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
  4. Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
  6. Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
  7. After the draw, view the 2D result to know if you won the prize.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

Important Health and Safety Rules to be Followed when Playing 2D Lotto

During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to abide by the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.

  1. Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
  2. Follow physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
  3. Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
  4. Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
  5. Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the outlet.
  6. Throw away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage can.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

PCSO 2D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.

In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.

In Rambolito Play, the bettor takes home PhP 2,000 if he matches the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much lower than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?

In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

How do I void an entry in the EZ2 play slip?

To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the teller.

Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.

How do I choose Lucky Pick?

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

Are 2D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?

2D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act because the highest 2D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,000.

Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.

Where do I claim 2D Lotto Prizes?

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.

July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
