How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Choose your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D ticket.
- View the 2D result right after the live draw to verify if you won a prize.
Each 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

How can I win prizes in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How do I win in Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 2D Lotto game variant that allows its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, the two possible permutations of your selected numbers will be generated (e.g. 15-29 and 29-15). If the 2D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 2,000.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 2D Lotto bet card.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What if I made a mistake in marking my EZ2 numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
Will there be any 2D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO usually cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
Can I get a refund for the 2D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the playing card to the teller.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
