How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 2D Lotto game:
- Choose two (2) digits that will comprise your 2D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 31, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 2D result to see if you won the prize.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when buying 2D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
2D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 2D Lotto comes with two different prizes for its Straight/Standard and Rambolito plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets the two drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,000.
In Rambolito Play, the player takes home PhP 2,000 if he gets the two different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 2D Lotto ticket is wrong?
2D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 2D Lotto tickets.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the EZ2 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 2D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 2D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 2D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
