How to Play 2D Lotto

2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:

  1. Pick your 2D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 1 to 31 in each of the columns.
  2. Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically generate the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
  4. Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
  5. For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
  6. Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated 2D Lotto ticket.
  7. Access the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if you won a prize.

Each 2D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.

You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play card.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

What are the draws to be held by PCSO today, May 19, 2022?

The following are the PCSO draws scheduled for today: 2D Lotto (EZ2), 3D Lotto (Swertres), STL, 6D Lotto, Lotto 6/42, and Super Lotto 6/49.

Please check the new daily schedule of PCSO lotto draws here.

Where to check the latest 2D Result for today?

You can see the updated 2D result today here, or through our online pages in Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. You can also watch the draws live at PTV Channel 4.

What are the prizes in 2D Lotto?

In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.

In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.

What is DST?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).

PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

Who are permitted to play 2D Lotto?

Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 2D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?

You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you give the playing card to the teller.

How to claim the 2D Lotto Prize?

Are you one of today’s 2D Lotto winners? Congratulations!

To claim 2D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
