How to Play 2D Lotto
PCSO 2D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of two (2) numbers from One (1) to Thirty One (31). Here’s how you can play the 2D Lotto:
- Choose two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 2D result after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 2D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
In playing via Advance Draws, mark how many consecutive draws you want to play in the DRAW panel. You can play the same numbers and play type for six (6) consecutive draws. Pay 12.00 for each play per draw.
New Regulations to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto players to follow the protocol below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 1 to 31.
If your entry matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.
