2D Lotto, formerly known as EZ2 Lotto, is one of the most popular digit games operated by PCSO since its inception in 2004. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 961 and 1 in 465.
PCSO conducts live EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the PCSO 2D Lotto game:
- Select a set of two (2) numbers from one (1) to thirty-one (31) in each column on a 2D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system select the 2D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 2D result after the scheduled draw to see if you matched the winning number combination.
2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 2D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Remember to win in the 2D Lotto, ALL of your numbers must match ALL of the winning combination in EXACT ORDER.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 2D Lotto players nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to place 2D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play slip and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.

In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he gets the two winning numbers in any order.

2D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose two (2) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.
What are the draws to be held by PCSO today, May 4, 2021?

Can I play the same 2D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 2D Lotto ticket after it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 2D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play card to the teller.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.
Is EZ2 Lotto the same as 2D Lotto?
EZ2 Lotto has been rebranded as 2D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘EZ2’. Hence, this site still uses ‘EZ2’ in some of its articles when referring to 2D Lotto.

To claim 2D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Act.
