How to Play 2D Lotto

These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 2D Lotto:

  1. Mark two (2) digits between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
  2. Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
  3. Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
  4. Mark your play amount in the AMT column.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
  6. Hand over your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. View the 2D result right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.

2D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 2D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 2D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.

You can also mark “Rambolito” if you want to play the 2D Lotto System bet. The minimum play amount is 12.00 per 2-number combination.

New PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 2D Lotto

In light of the on-going pandemic, 2D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 2D Lotto.
  2. Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
  3. Bring your own ball pen.
  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to reduce physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.

2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays

2D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 2D Lotto, matching the two (2) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,000 per 12 peso Standard play.

Playing via the Rambolito gives you a prize of PhP 2,000 if you get the two (2) winning numbers in any order.

What are the ways to win in 2D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick two (2) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 1 to 31.

If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.

The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.

In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your number combination matches the 2D results in any order.

How much do I win in 2D Lotto?

In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

Can I play 2D Lotto in Advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.

What does DST stand for?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).

PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

What if I cannot think of any 2D Lotto number to play?

The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically select the 2D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.

To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

When does PCSO hold 2D Lotto draws?

PCSO is airing 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
